Shipping and Delivery
If all products in your order are in stock and available for delivery, your order will be shipped within 5 business days after you place it. If a product you have ordered is backordered, we will contact you with the option to fill the order at a later date, or to cancel the order.
Your order will be delivered by a third party, such as Canada Post or UPS. We cannot be held liable for any issues that may occur after your order has been tendered to a third party, including but not limited to lost or damaged packages. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and orders may take up to 13 business days to arrive after shipping. At this time, shipping is available within Canada and the United States.
Terms of Sale
We reserve the right to cancel unfilled orders at our discretion. Any unfilled orders will be issued a full refund. Once shipped, all sales are final.
